File Transmission Specialist
You’ll join a team responsible for a global file transfer platform used by key business systems and external partners. This role combines hands-on operations with technical troubleshooting, giving you real impact on production stability and client onboarding. You’ll work with teams across different regions, solve complex transfer issues, and help introduce automation where manual work slows things down.
Abou you:
- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and IBM Connect:Direct (C:D) on Linux or Windows platforms
- Familiarity with IBM Secure Proxy and External Authentication Server is an advantage
- Solid understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2) and encryption mechanisms
- Knowledge of cryptography and key management (SSL/TLS, SSH, PGP/GPG, Venafi)
- Strong troubleshooting capability across distributed systems and network layers
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Request Management)
