Finance Master Data & Migration Specialist
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Migration projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programs.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, particularly:
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Invoice-to-Cash (I2C)
- Acquire-to-Retire (A2R)
- Experience with data quality management and data governance principles.
- Ability to define and coordinate business requirements related to master data and migration.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and issues within complex transformation programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken. (B2/C1)
Nice to Have:
- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
- Experience in large-scale finance transformation programs.
- Consulting background or experience working in international projects.
- Familiarity with end-to-end SAP migration lifecycle execution.
- Experience working across multiple finance process domains.
- Knowledge of finance data governance operating models.

Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Master Data & Migration Specialist to join a Finance Transformation Program focused on the migration to SAP S/4HANA. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing finance master data, ensuring data quality, and coordinating data migration activities across critical finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R).
This role requires close collaboration with finance teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful data migration and business readiness throughout the transformation journey.
