- Experience in people management or team leadership (preferably in SSC/BPO, IT support, or finance systems)
- Background in finance systems, IT support, finance operations, or similar environments
- Good understanding of incident management, BAU support, and system change processes
- Ability to balance hands-on support with people leadership responsibilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
- Experience working in regulated or finance-related environments is a strong advantage

Finance Systems Manager
For our Client, we are looking for an experienced Manager / Team Leader to lead a Finance Systems team (3 specialists) supporting critical finance and treasury platforms.
This role is a mix of people management, operational oversight, and stakeholder cooperation. You will ensure high-quality system support, develop your team’s capabilities, and work closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
