Finance Transformation Senior Consultant Hungary
Who we are looking for
- • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, business process improvement, or related finance roles
- • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
- • Experience supporting finance transformation, operating model, or process optimization projects
- • Understanding of finance technologies, automation solutions, or digital transformation initiatives
- • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop practical recommendations
- • Experience managing project workstreams and interacting directly with clients
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
- • 🎓 Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- • 🎤 Fluent English; Hungarian is an advantage
- • Experience with SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or ERP transformation projects
- • Knowledge of automation, process mining, RPA, or workflow solutions ⚙️
- • Experience with platforms such as BlackLine, HighRadius, ServiceNow, Anaplan, Alteryx, or Power BI 📊
- • Exposure to Shared Services Centers (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) models 🌍
- • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent 📚
