Technical Skills — Backend

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java and Kotlin.
  
• Strong command of Core Java, Concurrency models, and Performance Tuning.
  
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices patterns, and API governance (RESTful, gRPC).
  
• Strong SQL skills and solid experience with relational databases.
  

• Proven track record of shipping production-grade frontend features using Angular and TypeScript.
  
• Experience in building and optimizing complex, data-heavy frontend interfaces.
  

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred / AWS) and modern cloud services (e.g., Cloud Run, Cloud SQL).
  
• Solid understanding of containerized workflows (Docker / Kubernetes).
  
• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  

• Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and technical documentation skills.
  
• Ability to articulate architectural decisions and work effectively in an agile, multi-country distributed setup.
  

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Spanner or similar globally distributed databases.
  
• Familiarity with the Dart programming language.
  
• Prior experience delivering internal enterprise toolsets or legal technology platforms.
