Functional Analyst Technology Delivery Operations
- 4-6 years of experience in administrative or operational roles
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Proactive and autonomous working style with strong initiative
- Ownership mindset, treating open items as personal responsibilities
- Experience in technology or software delivery environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams
- Understanding of change management principles and practices
- Exposure to governance, compliance or audit processes (beneficial)
- Knowledge of AI tools for process automation (advantageous)
- Understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira REST API (helpful)
