- Experience working with investment funds (UCITS, ETFs, AIFs) and understanding of the fund lifecycle.
- Knowledge of key corporate action events (mergers, liquidations, name/ISIN changes, share class launches/closures, etc.).
- Ability to interpret official fund documentation (prospectus, KID/KIID, factsheets, corporate action notices).
- Strong skills in data validation, accuracy, and process consistency.
- Advanced Excel knowledge and familiarity with workflow/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent English required; other European languages are a plus.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar preferred.
