German-Language Client Service Representative

Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece 
Salary: €1,400 gross per 14 month + bonuses + full relocation package (2 weeks hotel accommodation, flight ticket, airport pick up and real estate agency fee coverage)
Work Model: On-site 
Working schedule: Rotating shifts, 5 days/week-8 hours/day

Your Role

You will assist customers with product, technical, delivery, and refund inquiries across phone, email, and chat.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer and after-sales support.
• Troubleshoot product and technical issues.
• Handle delivery, refund, and product-related inquiries.
• Record and manage customer cases accurately.
• Provide clear, solution-focused assistance.
• Support additional markets and channels when required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent in German with at least C1 proficiency
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Customer-oriented, professional, and solution-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment

What We Offer

• €1,400 gross monthly salary per 14 months
• Monthly productivity bonus of up to €250 based on target achievement
• Transportation bonus of up to €100 per month, proportional to on-site working days after training
