Our client is currently hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia.

What You'll Do

Support German-speaking customers through the available support channels
Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
Assist with account, service, and general product-related inquiries
Document customer interactions accurately
Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate team
Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience

What We're Looking For

Native or fluent German
Good command of English
Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in an international environment
Open to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria
Eligible to work in Bulgaria / the EU
