About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international technology company to recruit a German-speaking Digital Solution Representative for its sales team in Krakow, Poland. The role focuses on developing existing customer accounts, identifying sales opportunities and providing consultative solutions to help customers maximise the value of digital advertising products.

What you'll do

• Analyse and strategise how to manage and upsell customer accounts
• Contact existing customers within an assigned portfolio for consultations
• Work in a target-driven environment with individual and team sales targets
• Increase the customer base through proactive sales activities
• Problem-solve and consult with customers to provide suitable solutions for their advertising campaigns
• Encourage customers to adopt new marketing strategies
• Guide customers through the implementation of campaign recommendations
• Build strong and trusting customer relationships by optimising accounts
• Use analytical skills to increase programme revenue
• Meet daily productivity requirements and KPIs while contributing to overall team sales targets

What we're looking for

• German at minimum B2+/C1 level, verbal and written and English at minimum B2 level Sales aptitude Goal-oriented mindset Computer savvy
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills Customer-focused approach
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Krakow, Poland

Salary

11,000 PLN gross/month
