About the Role
As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. You'll use your expertise in finance processes, ERP systems, and stakeholder management to help ensure operational excellence while contributing to continuous process improvements.
Location: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and established processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational and financial issues.
- Analyze financial data and contribute to process improvements.
- Work with ERP systems to support finance operations.
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to team members when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Finance Operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday.
- Experience working in global business environments and with multi-currency transactions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- Advanced English (C1 level).

Salary
- €1,757.10 gross per month, paid over 14 salaries.
