What You'll Do

• Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent German
• B2 level English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and receiving feedback
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross salary: €1,100/month (14 salaries)
• Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Attendance bonus: €120/month (11 months)
• Performance bonus: €135/month (14 months)
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Weekends off
