IAM Technical Architect with German
- 10+ years of professional experience in IAM, IGA, cybersecurity architecture, or related security domains.
- Proven experience designing end-to-end IAM/IGA architectures in enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering and designing at least five IAM/IGA architecture implementations.
- Strong understanding of IAM/IGA integration concepts, interface architecture, and system interoperability.
- Experience working within highly regulated industries and compliance-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of: ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, KRITIS.
- Experience identifying and managing technical risks, dependencies, and architectural challenges.
- Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with multiple technical stakeholder groups and large-scale enterprise environments.
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level) required for project delivery and client communication.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Previous involvement in KRITIS-regulated environments.
- Consulting background within complex IAM/IGA transformation or implementation programs.
- Experience with large-scale identity modernization initiatives.

Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced IAM Technical Architect to join a cybersecurity initiative within a highly regulated environment.
The role focuses on designing and governing a robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) architecture, ensuring security, compliance, scalability, and seamless integration across enterprise systems.
As a key technical expert, you will define end-to-end architecture concepts, guide technical decisions, assess risks, and ensure alignment with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards.
This is a highly collaborative role involving close cooperation with client-side architects, security specialists, and other technical stakeholders. The position is focused on technical architecture and solution design rather than business analysis or requirements prioritization.
