Information Processing Specialist

  • 6-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Proficiency in One Identity Manager (OIM) and its associated tools
  • Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), least privilege and need-to-know principles
  • Familiarity with connector types including Entra ID, SAP and Active Directory
  • Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications with IAM solutions
  • Knowledge of application integration strategies and architecture
  • Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and implementation
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA and DORA standards
  • Experience with SAP Security and Authorisation is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct UAT and security testing effectively

They are currently seeking an experienced Information Processing Specialist to join their team in Krakow on a contract basis. This role offers you the opportunity to apply your IAM expertise within a structured environment, working on application onboarding, access control enforcement and compliance initiatives.

Position Overview

As an Information Processing Specialist, you will play a central role in onboarding applications into One Identity Manager and enforcing access control policies across the organisation. You will be responsible for assessing application readiness, creating authorisation concepts, integrating both cloud and on-premises applications, and ensuring compliance with security frameworks. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening the organisation's security posture, reducing access-related risks and ensuring audit readiness across all integrated systems.
