Infrastructure Architect Senior Specialist
- have strong command of English, both written and spoken, and be comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders
- bring several years of proven experience as an architect in complex, enterprise IT environments
- have a strong analytical mindset – asking the right questions, digging deeper, cross-checking facts from multiple angles and uncovering the real state of things
- have broad, hands-on knowledge of modern IT technologies and infrastructure – from cloud and SDLC topics down to on-premise “on the ground” realities
- be able to think in terms of use cases and capabilities, mentally organise large technology landscapes, find similarities, distil them into principles and patterns, and help others apply them in daily work
- demonstrate strong ownership – able to drive topics end-to-end across multiple teams, with minimal guidance
- have experience mentoring or coaching less experienced colleagues

Our Digital Hub is Toyota Motor Europe’s IT research and development centre, established in 2026 in Wrocław. We are responsible for developing and maintaining software and connected digital services for the Toyota and Lexus brands in Europe.

Role Summary:
The Toyota Core IT department manages all company transversal IT infrastructure and technology components. We are looking to strengthen our Infrastructure Architecture team with an experienced Senior Specialist.
The Infrastructure Architecture team acts as the glue between our application development teams and our technology and infrastructure teams. The team helps govern and drive the evolution of the whole TME technology landscape, ensuring application development teams have the right portfolio of technologies to choose from to build and host their business applications.
As a Senior Specialist, you will take a leading role within the team – owning architectural decisions, mentoring junior architects, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Core IT and the wider business. You will set direction on complex, cross-domain topics and help shape the long-term technology strategy of TME.
Formal Role Details:
- Location: Wrocław, Plac Konstytucji 3 Maja 3
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Working Pattern: Hybrid -2 to 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility for travel to Head Office in Brussels
- Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in English is essential.
What we can offer you:
- Depending on the candidate’s skills and experience, the base salary for this position will be in the range of PLN 18 000 - 25 000 gross per month under a permanent employment contract (employment contract/UoP).
