IT Business Analyst with eFront

Domain Expertise & Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in an IT Business Analyst or functional analyst role.
• Strong background in the financial services industry, with a focus on Private Capital, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting, or Securities Services.
• Hands-on experience with Fund Management platforms, such as eFront, Multifonds, or Investran.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A strong professional interest in combining business analysis with agile project delivery.

Nice to Have

• Practical knowledge of both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, including familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Good overall IT skills, with SQL knowledge considered a strong asset for database analysis.

In this role, you will act as the core link between business needs and technical execution, owning the end-to-end solution design and quality definition for the eFront platform and its integrations with other core systems. ,[Requirement Engineering: Partner directly with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and software vendors to gather, analyze, and translate complex financial needs and market regulations into clear requirements., Solution Design & Documentation: Own the end-to-end delivery of functional solutions.
