Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within complex enterprise environments
Experience coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and cross-domain dependencies
Strong understanding of governance, issue management, backlog management, and escalation processes
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving issues through structured resolution processes
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior management
Ability to take ownership, challenge existing processes, and drive accountability across different teams
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
