IT Project Manager

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development 
• Experience working closely with development and QA teams 
• Experience in an international or distributed environment 
• Good understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models 
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence 
• Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken 

Soft Skills:

• Clear, structured communication: you explain technical topics simply to business stakeholders 
• Cultural awareness and empathy: you adapt your style to different working cultures and build relationships remotely 
• Ownership: you follow up, close loops and act without waiting to be asked 
• Calm under pressure: you keep the team focused during go-lives and changing priorities 
• Facilitation skills: your meetings end with decisions and clear next steps 

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, banking or payments 
• Experience coordinating work across multiple vendors or organisations 
• Experience with system integrations 
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or PMI-ACP 

We are looking for a Mid-level Project Manager to join a long-term international project. You will work with our development team, partner teams and client stakeholders in several countries. You will help keep everyone aligned so that projects ship on time and at the right quality.

This role suits someone who likes working with people as much as with plans. You build trust across cultures and organisations, keep communication clear when there are many stakeholders, and stay calm when priorities change.
