IT/SAP Recruiter Italian Speaker

• At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally gained
  in IT outsourcing, contracting, or recruitment agency environments.
• Track record of success: a proven track record of successfully
  matching candidates with client projects in a fast-paced and dynamic
  environment.
• Language skills: fluent English and Italian are a must,
  additional languages such as Polish, German, French, Portuguese or Spanish
  would be an advantage.
• Business mindset: a proactive and sales-oriented approach,
  with the ability to understand client needs and act as a true recruitment
  partner rather than focusing solely on candidate sourcing;
• Sourcing expertise: hands-on experience with LinkedIn
  Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques;
• Organization and multitasking: excellent organizational skills and the
  ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while
  maintaining attention to detail and quality;
• Proactivity and ownership: a proactive attitude, strong sense of
  responsibility, and ability to independently drive recruitment processes
  forward.
