IT Senior Consultant for Technology Strategy and M&A Poland
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT, technology consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, or related areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technology topics into practical business recommendations.
- Understanding of IT processes, operating models, and the role technology plays in achieving business objectives.
- Experience creating clear and compelling presentations, process flows, and architecture diagrams using tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, Miro, Google Slides, or similar.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in Polish (C2/native level) and English (C1 or higher).
- Valid authorization to work in Poland.

- Experience in IT strategy, technology-enabled transformations, IT M&A, or CIO advisory projects.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment (Big Four, MBB, or other leading consulting firms).
- Knowledge of financial management, IT cost optimization, or business case development.
- Practical experience with BPMN, UML, or other process and architecture modeling frameworks.
- Relevant certifications in ITIL, project management, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, or related areas.
- German or another European language.
