- Highly organised with strong administrative knowledge and skills
- Efficiency across Microsoft Office Excel, Confluence and SharePoint
- Significant demonstrable experience of working in a change environment, either in a portfolio or programme/project office or in a delivery capacity
- Financial Services / Banking knowledge
- Good planning & time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Display good negotiation and influencing skills and can use these skills appropriately even under pressure.

What we offerThe pay range for this role is 15025 PLN - 19000 PLN (monthly, gross). Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
