What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Highly organised with strong administrative knowledge and skills
• Efficiency across Microsoft Office Excel, Confluence and SharePoint
• Significant demonstrable experience of working in a change environment, either in a portfolio or programme/project office or in a delivery capacity
• Financial Services / Banking knowledge
• Good planning & time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Display good negotiation and influencing skills and can use these skills appropriately even under pressure.
