Java Architect

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Senior experience in Java and Spring Boot
• 3+ years in architecture role.
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact consultancy engagements with enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated experience building solutions from scratch, preferably for large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, with hands-on experience in at least one major cloud platform.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or products highly appreciated.
• Fluent understanding of network and cybersecurity aspects of complex applications.
• Strong background in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed system design.
• Track record of coaching, mentoring, and team enablement within a matrixed or consulting environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills—equally comfortable with engineers and executives.
• Fluent in modern delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field
• Fluent English — Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
