Jira Administrator

• has hands-on experience with Jira,
• has a good understanding of workflows, custom fields, permissions, and automation,
• knows JQL,
• can independently diagnose and resolve issues,
• understands user needs and can suggest solutions rather than simply implement requested configurations,
• is comfortable working with development, QA, and business teams,
• has a level of English that allows them to work confidently in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Confluence,
• Jira Service Management,
• REST API and integrations,
• tools or plugins extending Atlassian capabilities,
• experience with Atlassian Cloud or Data Center,
• basic scripting skills or experience with more advanced automations.

The client develops and maintains technology solutions for the financial industry, with IT teams working in an international environment.

We are looking for someone who knows the Atlassian ecosystem well and can not only administer Jira, but also look at existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions.

The role is 100% remote.
