Junior HR Specialist, GLIWICE

What we expect:

• At least 1 year of experience in an HR department or recruitment.  
• Bachelor's degree (completed or currently in the final years of studies) in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Management, or a related field.  
• English at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken).  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.  
• Availability to work from our Gliwice office at least 3 days per week.  

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law.  
• Experience supporting HR administration or employee benefits.  
• Familiarity with HR systems or ATS platforms.
