Lead Data Architect Marketing & Sales, WARSZAWA
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar subject
- 8+ years' working experience in a data related area, 5+ years in the field of Data & Analytics, preferably in the area of Commercial/Marketing, e.g. eCommerce, CPG/FMCG industry
- Excellent data architecture & technology knowledge, data engineering & data management skills (e.g. data quality).
- Excellent Technology knowhow in Azure Databricks, ADF, Azure Container Services and architecture for AI applications (RAG, Langraph, Langchain etc.), nice to have: AzureML & Snowflake. Programming languages like SQL, Python, R and BI/reporting solutions like PowerBi/Tableau.
- Profound business and data content knowledge of respective business domain: consumer - & commercial (consumer activation, ecommerce, sell-out and pos data, sell-in data) and M&S process knowhow
- Experience in steering implementation teams from external vendors or internal engineers on a technical and organizational level.
- Problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgement.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, active listening, consulting, challenging, presentation skills, fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Intercultural awareness (Europe, US, India) and willingness to travel occasionally

The Data Assets, Analytics & AI team at Bayer Consumer Health focuses on bringing digital transformation and innovation by creating best in class analytical solutions enabling data-driven decision making and performance optimization for Bayer Consumer Health organization.
You will be part of the Data Assets, Analytics & AI organization and are responsible to technically guide projects in the area of core data assets and/or commercial analytics projects such as e.g. eCommerce Analytics. You partner with other data architects, business stakeholders, data scientists, analytics leads as well as implementation partners/vendors to build our core data assets and/or analytical products. You ensure a proper data management, data ingestion and data pipeline orchestration and that a scalable and well performing analytical product is build.
