Lead DevOps Engineer AWS
- 5+ years of experience as a Platform, DevOps or Cloud Engineer
- Team Lead experience (or leadership potential and readiness) to lead the team and serve as the primary client contact
- Primary collaboration with the Polish team, with readiness for occasional evening calls with the US client around 18:00–19:00 CET
- Hands-on experience with AWS, including EKS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, S3, and KMS
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, preferably AWS CDK
- Experience with GitOps and CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
- Understanding of cloud networking and security concepts, including VPC Peering, PrivateLink, Zero Trust, and policy management (e.g. OPA/Gatekeeper).
- Experience building reusable AWS CDK constructs (L2/L3).
- Familiarity with Forge CI, JFrog Artifactory, AWS CloudWatch, or F5 networking solutions.

You'll work on a greenfield project, designing and implementing a scalable AWS-based platform using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps principles. The project follows a Zero Trust security model and is delivered in close collaboration with the client's Lead Architect, giving you the opportunity to influence the platform from the ground up.
Schedule Flexibility: Primary collaboration is with the Polish team, but readiness to attend occasional late afternoon/evening client meetings (around 6:00–7:00 PM CET) is required.
