Lead Fullstack Consultant
- Technical leadership experience in software delivery teams
- Strong commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with Swagger or OpenAPI
- Strong background in automated testing
- Experience with batch processing solutions
- Knowledge of logging, monitoring and production support practices
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience developing cloud-based solutions
- Experience with code quality and security scanning tools
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, JIRA and Confluence
- Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 8 days a month
Nice to have
- Experience in Risk & Compliance projects
- Knowledge of Model Risk Management
- Spring Integration or Spring Batch
- Experience with BPMN-based workflow solutions
- Knowledge of Flowable, Activiti or Drools
- Experience with WebSockets or SSE
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture
What will you do?
As a Lead Full Stack Consultant, you will join a global team delivering solutions within the Risk & Compliance area. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining modern applications with a strong focus on backend engineering in Java and Spring while contributing to frontend development using React and TypeScript. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, solution design and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
