Localization Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Localization, Linguistics, Communications, IT, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience managing localization, globalization, or multilingual content delivery programs.
- Experience using Translation Management Systems (TMS) such as Trados, Smartling, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, projects, and cross-functional teams in complex environments.
- Solid experience handling digital content or software release cycles.
- Strong organizational, communication, scheduling, and risk management skills.
Nice to have:
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification in project management.
- Experience implementing or integrating localization technology platforms.
- Familiarity with GitHub-based localization workflows and repository management.
- Understanding of UAT processes, release readiness, and localization quality frameworks.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations supporting diverse regional teams.
