Manufacturing Finance Controller

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Controlling, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English (French would be an advantage).
  • Proactive approach, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

,[Support month-end closing activities related to manufacturing finance processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting., Review and validate manufacturing cost transactions, maintaining high standards of data quality and financial accuracy., Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses of operational and financial performance, identifying key trends and variances., Contribute to the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders across the manufacturing organization., Assist in consolidating and reporting manufacturing performance across multiple European locations., Provide financial insights and analytical support to business leaders and finance teams to facilitate decision-making., Coordinate activities related to manufacturing assets, cost performance, and operational planning., Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of financial information., Develop and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools., Participate in process optimization initiatives and support the implementation of best practices within the finance organization., Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and documentation requirements.] Requirements: Degree, Accounting, ERP, SAP, Excel, Data visualization
