✅Experience designing small mechanical systems with moving parts, such as bearings, pivots, joints, and linkages.

✅Ability to calculate forces, loads, and torque to ensure components are strong and reliable.

✅Experience integrating industrial sensors (inductive, magnetic, proximity, or position sensors) into mechanical products.

✅Understanding of manufacturing tolerances and how small variations in parts can affect product performance.

✅Experience designing products for high reliability, not only functionality.

✅Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFR (Design for Reliability) principles.

✅Experience working with products used in outdoor or harsh industrial environments, including dust, vibration, moisture, and temperature changes.

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ English (B2/C1)
