Mechanical Production Support Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing support, product development or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical design principles, GD&T, tolerance analysis, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in root cause analysis, failure analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Experience defining or supporting Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Ability to translate engineering findings into practical design and manufacturing improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in mechanical design, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, reliability, materials or failure analysis.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering and durability testing.
• Familiarity with automotive quality processes, including APQP and PPAP.
