MFA Business Analyst, KRAKÓW




  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in a technology-driven environment.

  • Strong analysis and process mapping capabilities.

  • Proven experience with large global deployments (ideally MFA or similar security projects).

  • Familiarity with MFA and phishing-resistant authentication (including FIDO).

  • Skilled in Jira/Confluence, data-driven reporting (Power BI/Excel).

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to challenge and drive clarity among senior stakeholders.


Desirable Skills



  • Background in financial services.

  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams.

  • Data skills: cleansing, mapping, transforming for reporting and insights.

This role focuses on delivering passwordless and phishing-resistant MFA solutions, including FIDO-based authentication, across a large-scale global environment.
