MSS Senior Business Analyst

• Prior working knowledge of Markets and Securities Services gained through line role experience


• Strong understanding of Global Market Products and their behaviours


• At least two years of project delivery experience, either in a line role or as part of a project team


• Experience delivering projects focused on data quality, governance and data lineage documentation (desirable)


• Solid understanding of the Project Lifecycle, preferably supported by a relevant qualification


• Part-qualified accountant status (desirable)


• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce clear project documentation


• Self-motivated with proven ability to learn rapidly in changing environments

They are currently seeking an MSS Senior Business Analyst to join their Product Control team in Krakow. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, risk and technology, supporting transformation projects that improve data quality, governance and control processes across FX position management and P&L reporting.

Position Overview

As an MSS Senior Business Analyst, you will support the Product Control Change Manager by delivering high-quality analysis and documentation for transformation projects. You'll work closely with IT teams, Traded Risk and Product Control stakeholders to improve how FX positions are captured, shared and reported. Your work will directly impact data quality, control governance and operational efficiency across critical financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
