Network Infrastructure Specialist

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant telecommunications experience.
• Strong knowledge of copper cabling and working knowledge of fiber optics.
• Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, carriers, and fiber assignments.
• Knowledge of cabling standards, including BICSI best practices.
• Basic understanding of networking principles and infrastructure.
• Experience providing technical support to users across an organization.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and coordinate external vendors.

We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and develop enterprise telecommunications infrastructure, including copper cabling and fiber-optic networks. The role involves infrastructure design, incident resolution, and coordination with vendors and internal IT teams.
