Odoo Consultant with Spanish language

• Experience as Odoo Consultant on implementation and support projects
• Spain(B2) and English(B1+)
• Experience working with Odoo ecosystem
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops
• Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Odoo to address client requirements
• Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
• Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team

• Related customizing settings hands-on experience
• Understanding integration points with different Odoo modules
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations

• Experience with Accounting module would be a plus
