Several companies share this office space at once. Someone is building a product, someone is closing a funding round, someone has just arrived for a demo. We need someone to run the backstage of it all.
Just like at a concert: when everything runs smoothly, nobody thinks about the crew behind the scenes. Yet they are the ones who make or break the show. Here, you're the one who knows which meeting room is free, who's visiting today, and what we'll run out of in the kitchen by Thursday. You organize executive travel and company events.. You own your domain and have the autonomy to improve it. No one will tell you that something is "outside your scope."
You’ll thrive here if you spot when something is off and fix it before anyone even asks. You genuinely like people and don't lose your footing when five things are happening at the same time. This won’t be the right fit if you prefer a strict, predictable daily checklist. Or if handling the mail, keeping the kitchen tidy, and restocking supplies feels beneath your ambitions. Around here, that’s all part of the game.
