What you need to have to succeed in this role

• The role holder must have proven experience in either Business Analysis, Product Management or Project Management, in a digital environment or a digital product.
• Experience in requirements definition and good commercial acumen, translating theses into a world class customer experience.
• Good understanding of risk management, and experience of anticipating risks and issues and taking action to mitigate or escalate them.
• Ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise and structured way to suit the audience.
• Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, in a fast paced environment and changing priorities.
• Open Banking knowledge, including a good understanding of the UK regulatory environment, use cases, and market insights is highly desirable.

The Open Banking Product Manager will be responsible for the end to end delivery of new Open Banking based products and services which provides convenience and great experiences for Retail Banking Wealth customers, and that supports the ambition of becoming a consumer payments leader.

What we offer The pay range for this role is 17490 PLN - 22000 PLN (monthly, gross). Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
