OpenShift Technical Lead

• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Platform Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Principal Engineer or in a similar role.
• Deep hands-on expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, containers and Linux.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud, hybrid-cloud and/or edge architectures.
• Strong background in platform engineering, automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience with technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, GitOps and container orchestration platforms.
• Ability to make and communicate technical decisions.
• Experience coordinating technical work across multiple teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.

We are looking for a Senior OpenShift Technical Lead to take ownership of the technical direction, architecture and key engineering decisions for an enterprise-scale OpenShift platform operating within a complex industrial IT/OT environment.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining deep platform engineering expertise with architectural responsibility and close collaboration across multiple infrastructure and engineering teams.
