Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Oracle Cloud Finance
  • Hands-on experience in at least 3 full-cycle (end-to-end) Oracle Fusion Finance implementations
  • Strong expertise in:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Expense Management
  • Proven experience with Poland localization (tax, statutory, regulatory requirements)
  • Ability to lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops
  • Experience translating business processes into Oracle Fusion application solutions
  • Configuration and setup of Oracle Finance modules
  • User training, UAT support, and go-live activities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
