OTC AR Customer Service Specialist with German New SSC in Łódź

What we are looking for:

• German B2/C1,
• good English,
• experience in an international business environment,
• customer-oriented approach,
• strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.

• Accounts Receivable / OTC,
• Collections,

• Order Management,
• Finance Operations.

We are building a team for a new Shared Services Center in Łódź and are looking for German-speaking specialists interested in developing their careers in OTC, Accounts Receivable, Collections and Customer Finance Operations.

Depending on your background, you may be responsible for customer queries, invoices and payments, outstanding receivables, collections, disputes and reporting.
