What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience within Finance & Accounting, Shared Services, BPO, or GBS environments.
  • Proven expertise in Order-to-Cash operations and service delivery management.
  • Previous experience leading teams, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Fluency in German and good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in process optimization, transformation projects, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP platform would be an advantage.
  • Additional language skills, particularly French, are welcomed.

,[Lead, motivate, and develop the OTC team supporting EMEA operations., Drive day-to-day service delivery, ensuring high-quality execution of Order-to-Cash processes and achievement of agreed KPIs and SLAs., Manage workload distribution, capacity planning, business continuity, and team development activities., Act as the first escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction., Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to OTC operations., Oversee customer account reconciliations, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure effective follow-up on aged receivables., Ensure accurate and timely processing and allocation of incoming payments., Prepare operational reports and performance analyses, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities., Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and automation projects., Partner closely with Finance, IT, Process Owners, and business stakeholders to enhance service quality and efficiency., Support transitions, process migrations, and stabilization activities as part of the GBS growth journey., Maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the region., Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, company policies, IFRS requirements, and local regulations., Keep process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures up to date.] Requirements: Accounting, Analytical skills, Stakeholder management, Communication skills, SAP, ERP
