- 10+ years of consulting experience, including 7+ years in Data Engineering and Analytics
- 6+ Databricks projects delivered with hands-on development experience
- Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification
- Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Python
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (deep expertise in at least one)
- Performance and scalability optimization
- CI/CD and MLOps knowledge, DevOps tools and practices
Nice to have:
- Additional Databricks certifications
- ETL/ELT and Delta Lake
- Big Data, Lakehouse, and Streaming architectures
- Security & Data Governance

Your role
In this role, you ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations while actively shaping and improving end‑to‑end payroll processes. You have a direct impact on organizational stability, risk mitigation, and decision‑making by delivering reliable data, insights, and expert support to managers. By leading payroll implementations, resolving complex issues, and supporting payroll transitions, you drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and trust in payroll outcomes across the company.
