Payroll Specialist, WROCŁAW
- Proven experience in payroll operations or payroll transition projects within a multinational or SSC environment
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance best practices, controls, and audit requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Advanced skills in payroll validation, reconciliations, and reporting
- Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities combined with attention to detail
- Very fluent English (verbal and written); ability to communicate with global teams
- Strong organizational and self-management skills for working in a project-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, or cloud-based payroll platforms
- Previous involvement in major payroll vendor transitions or transformations

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Transformation Specialist to support our large-scale payroll transition project to a new vendor and updated processes. This role involves participating in data migration, go-live, and hypercare activities, ensuring seamless payroll operations during and after the transition.
You will collaborate closely with external payroll providers, internal stakeholders, and regulatory teams to maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll delivery across multiple stages of transformation.
