PEGA Developer System Architect

Domain: Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) & Global Workflow Automation The Mindset: Guardrail Guardian & Process Optimizer.
We are looking for an Engineer that would: take full ownership of the development lifecycle—from grooming to production deployment and troubleshooting. prioritize "doing it right" (strict adherence to Pega guardrails) as much as "doing it fast" think in terms of case lifecycles, reusable rules, and scalable data models seamlessly translate business requirements into robust Pega technical solutions within a global environment.


Must-Have

      • Pega Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on Pega development experience (4+ years for Architect/Lead roles).
      • End-to-End Delivery: Proven track record of delivering full-cycle solutions on the Pega platform.
      • Technical Proficiency: Deep practical knowledge of Pega 8.x, including Case Types, Flows, UI, Rules, and Data Pages.
      • Language Skills: Proficiency in English or German (B2), sufficient for effective communication in an international setting.
      • Architecture & Integrations Connectivity: Solid understanding of integration protocols, specifically REST, SOAP, and file-based interfaces.
      • Design: Strong skills in data modeling, implementing complex business logic, and ensuring system scalability.
      • Engineering Standards & Collaboration Quality Assurance: Strict adherence to Pega guardrails, design patterns, and code maintainability best practices.
      • Teamwork: Experience collaborating closely with Architects, Business Analysts, and distributed global development teams.


Nice to Have (Bonus)

      • Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior developers and performing peer code reviews.
      • Optimization: Strong troubleshooting skills and experience refactoring/optimizing existing systems.
      • DevOps: Familiarity with Pega ecosystem DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement standards.
