Penetration Test Lead, BUDAPEST

• 5+ years of experience in Penetration Testing, Offensive Security, Red Teaming, or a similar role
• Solid coding skills in scripting languages, such as Python
• Solid knowledge of OWASP Top 10, web application security, and common attack vectors
• Solid knowledge in internal/external infrastructure testing
• Hands-on experience with Cloud & Kubernetes penetration testing
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and modern adversary techniques
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders
• Confidence in leading, supporting, and mentoring a penetration testing team

In this role, you will lead complex penetration testing engagements, work with enterprise-scale cloud and Kubernetes environments, mentor other security professionals, and help clients understand and reduce real-world cyber risks.
