Must have:



  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a PMO role.

  • Proven track record in project management involving cross-functional, global teams.

  • Experience working in data-related change programmes.

  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, etc.

  • Experience with agile management tools: Jira, Confluence, Clarity.

  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders (IT and Business) at all levels within a global matrix organisation.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to coordinate and analyse multiple project and workstream data.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.


Nice to have:



  • Experience in data issue remediation projects and data quality programmes.

  • Ability to provide Programme and Project Managers with ideas and proposals on how to resolve data-related project problems.

  • Experience within financial services.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing process improvement at Portfolio or Programme level.

What you'll be doing


You'll step in as a PMO, working closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, and a wide range of delivery stakeholders – from Managers to Managing Directors. Your role will be central to ensuring project and programme governance, metrics, and reporting are maintained to standard across the client's portfolio – not just execution.
