  • Experience supporting projects within cybersecurity, information security or cyber risk management

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience preparing executive-level materials

  • Proficiency with PMO and collaboration tools: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, AzureDevOps, PowerBI, Confluence and PPM tools

  • Demonstrated ability to work globally across businesses and international cultures

  • Excellent organisational skills with a communicative and proactive approach

  • Ability to own activities independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience setting up project structures and frameworks from scratch

They are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join their team in Warsaw on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic cybersecurity and IT programmes, supporting senior stakeholders and project managers across the organisation.

Position Overview

As PMO Lead, you will play a central role in supporting the delivery of strategic programmes and projects within cybersecurity, information security and IT environments. You will work closely with project and programme managers, providing expertise on PMO standards, tools and methodologies while ensuring governance, compliance and quality across all deliverables. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of critical initiatives, helping to maintain robust project management practices and supporting the organisation's strategic objectives across global operations.
