Power Platform & Integration Specialist

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT, including experience in service development, application development, automation or a similar area
Hands-on experience with BMC Helix, BMC Digital Workplace or comparable service management platforms
Experience developing workflows, services and automations using Power Apps and Power Automate
Proven experience designing, developing and supporting API integrations
Strong SQL skills and experience with database design and data modelling
Experience maintaining databases and taking ownership of data-related solutions
Good understanding of data ownership, data governance and data quality principles
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to create clear technical documentation
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Professional working proficiency in English

Nice to have:

Experience with Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar identity management platforms
Knowledge of IT Service Management processes
Experience working with enterprise workflow and automation platforms
