Pre-Sales Manager, REMOTE GLIWICE

What we expect:

  • 3-5+years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role within the electronics industry
  • Mandatory: proven commercial experience in electronics or FPGA sales, including technical pre-sales or customer-facing engineering roles
  • Solid understanding of satellite on-board architectures, payload data processing, or space-grade computing
  • Demonstrated ability to generate inbound leads and build pipeline through technical thought leadership and customer engagement
  • Ability to conduct technical discussions with satellite engineers as well as business-level conversations with senior management and procurement teams
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written (min. B2/C1)
  • Full availability for frequent international travel (up to 50-60% of working time)
  • Proven experience delivering technical presentations

Nice to have:

  • Direct experience working with satellite primes and NewSpace manufacturers
  • Background in space systems engineering, avionics, or embedded on-board computing
  • Familiarity with space mission development cycles (Phase A-D) and procurement processes
