• Data Modelling: Conceptual, logical & physical data modelling; relational, dimensional, document & graph.
• Commercial Data: Marketing, Sales, Customer Service & Commercial Operations; customer/account master data.
• Modern Data Architecture: Cloud platforms, APIs, event-driven architecture, SQL, dbt.
• AI & Semantic Layer: Data semantics, entity & metric definitions, calculation logic, AI/analytics readiness.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and ability to bridge business & technology.
• Hands-On: Proven ability to design, build and make technical architecture decisions.
